Position Summary

This position is primarily based in our Cherry Hill, NJ office, with some travel required to project sites throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and the Mid-Atlantic region. The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project

Develop, update, and communicate project schedules using Microsoft Project

Coordinate Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants

Monitor project budgets, contracts, costs, and profitability

Manage change orders and project documentation

Prepare and process owner billings

Lead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards

Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, and warranty follow-up

Partner with company leadership to continuously improve project performance and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field (or equivalent construction management experience)

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

Proven ability to successfully manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Sage Timberline (Sage 300 CRE), and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Preferred

Design-build construction experience

Experience with negotiated commercial projects

Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and contract administration
