Responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN solutions to ensure enterprise-grade security, performance, and reliability. Leads complex projects, mentors junior staff, establishes network policies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align technology with organizational objectives.What You'll DoDesign, implement, and manage advanced network infrastructure and servicesDiagnose and resolve complex network issues and performance bottlenecksContinuously monitor system performance, diagnose Tier1 issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.Implement and maintain security measures, conduct audits, and enforce policies.Serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing troubleshooting, coordinating timely resolution across teams, and documenting root causes and preventive actionsParticipates in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure continuous support, and when off rotation, remain available to receive, triage, and coordinate with other teams.Other duties and responsibilities as determined by TAI from time to time in its sole discretionWhat You NeedBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field7+ years of specialized experience in server administration.Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)Ability to be on call rotation for after hours requestsTravel up to 20%Our company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer!
