Requirements

10+ years of overall IT experience, including software architecture.

5+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.

Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer to support modernization initiatives for the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) / CT-KIND.

Designing, developing, and enhancing custom Salesforce applications while working across Salesforce and Microsoft .NET technologies.

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of custom Salesforce applications.

Develop advanced solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce.

Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.

Develop full-stack solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft .NET, C#, SOA, CRUD operations, and SOQL.

Participate across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Create and maintain comprehensive technical and solution documentation.

Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing Salesforce applications.

Mentor junior and less-experienced developers and contribute to team capability development.

Support Agile development practices and modernization initiatives.

Advanced hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex.

Strong experience with Lightning Pages and Visualforce.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, OOP, and SOA.

Strong knowledge of SOQL and CRUD operations.

Experience working across multiple phases of the SDLC.

Strong technical documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Experience with large-scale modernization or government technology initiatives.

Previous experience mentoring development teams.
