Full Stack Developer – ReactJS & Java Spring Boot (Telecom/RAN)We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot to develop and support scalable enterprise applications within the Telecom/RAN (Radio Access Network) domain.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, along with strong understanding of telecom applications and RAN technologies. Prior experience working with Verizon or Verizon telecom projects is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using ReactJS.Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.Integrate frontend applications with backend microservices and enterprise APIs.Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot applications supporting Telecom/RAN environments.Work with RAN-related applications, workflows, data, and network operations requirements.Participate in application design, development, testing, debugging, and production support.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, API, and integration layers.Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and telecom stakeholders.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.Perform code reviews and follow established development and coding standards.Contribute to application performance, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.Required Technical SkillsMust-Have5–8 years of Full Stack Development experience.Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.Strong experience developing REST APIs and backend services.Strong understanding of Full Stack application architecture.Telecom domain experience is mandatory.Strong understanding of RAN (Radio Access Network) concepts and applications.Prior Verizon project/client experience is mandatory.Good-to-HaveMicroservices architecture.Docker/Kubernetes.CI/CD and DevOps practices.Cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP.SQL and relational databases.Kafka or other messaging technologies.Experience working in large-scale telecom/networking environments.Behavioral / Professional SkillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Strong ownership and ability to deliver within timelines.Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
