Job Title: Superintendent/Construction Manager

Location: Milwaukee

Start Date: October/November

Duration: 5 months

Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri (overtime possible)

Per Diem: $80 USD for meals, accomodation is provided

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with broad, cross-disciplinary knowledge of construction to oversee project delivery from documentation through energization. This role requires strong technical fluency across mechanical/structural, civil, electrical, and protection & control disciplines, along with excellent client-facing communication skills.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Knowledgeable across all construction disciplines:

Mechanical/Structural

Civil

Electrical

Protection & Control

Commissioning

Computer fluent, with experience using Procore (or similar project management systems)

Strong Excel skills for building and maintaining data tracking sheets

Excellent client interaction and communication skills (written and verbal)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage electronic project schedules

Review and approve document submittals from the substation construction contractor

Track Mechanical Completion and Substantial Completion deliverables

Hold regular meetings with project stakeholders

Track project documentation and schedule progress

Organize final submittals

Perform field inspections

Review commissioning testing

Supervise substation energization

Ensure xsgimln safety requirements are met and maintained throughout the project

Proactively manage client concerns and provide consistent follow-up

Instill client confidence through clear communication and strong performance
