HIRING IMMEDIATELY: LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR IN STOCKTON, CA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Stockton, CA. This individual will be responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse and transportation operations while ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and prior logistics or distribution experience.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

Starting at $33.80/hour

Full-time schedule

Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision

Located in Stockton, CA

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise logistics team members

Coordinate shipments and inventory movement

Monitor productivity and workflow

Train and coach employees

Ensure safety and quality standards are met

Resolve operational issues

Communicate with multiple departments

Requirements and Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience required

Logistics or warehouse experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
