Duties Draft patent applications, including descriptions and figures.
Correspond with the patent office regarding pending applications.
Advise litigation teams based on technical expertise.
Interview inventors about new ideas.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
Experience in Telecommunications and Cellular Communications standards.
2+ years of patent prosecution experience preferred.
Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Education Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Certifications U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration.
Skills Strong technical and scientific expertise.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
