Journeyman Software Engineer (TS/SCI with Polygraph)

Cleared Journeyman Software EngineerYellow Duck Technologies is seeking a cleared Journeyman Software Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software systems for mission-critical offensive cyber operations. This position applies software engineering principles and SAFe Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The engineer works within cross-functional teams to implement features that meet technical, functional, and security requirements throughout the software lifecycle.Responsibilities:Develop software features according to user stories and acceptance criteria.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Implement automated unit and integration tests (80% coverage minimum).Participate in code reviews and pair programming.Support DevSecOps pipeline implementation and maintenance.Develop microservices using containerization technologies.Integrate with Government platform services and APIs.Participate in all team-level SAFe ceremonies.Support troubleshooting and production issue resolution.Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer.Requirements:Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
