We offer benefits, paid time off, paid holidays and 401k after a probationary time.Position DetailsPosition Type: Full TimeJob Location: Fairfield, OHCompensation: $20.00 per hourBenefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, and health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Life InsuranceSchedule: Monday–Friday, day shift (with occasional overtime as needed)Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesReceive and process incoming stock and materialsAccurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipmentSafely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)Inspect products for defects and maintain precise inventory recordsKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillmentRequirementsStrong English communication skills (reading and speaking)Forklift experience preferred; onsite retraining provided for our equipment and documentationAbility to lift, move, and stack products throughout the shiftAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyReliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitudeBasic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems a plusMust be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screeningOn-Board was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
