Facility Coordinator

Job Description

Facility CoordinatorClean Harbors is seeking a detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to support the receiving, shipping, and administrative functions of our facility. This position plays an integral role in daily facility operations by maintaining accurate records, preparing shipping documentation, managing inventory information, and supporting the proper movement of materials.The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with computer systems, and willing to assist in multiple areas based on business needs.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; occasional weekend hours may be required.Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour, depending on experienceResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesSupport plant receiving activities, drum staging, profile access, and document printing.Enter and maintain information in PowerSuite, WIN, local databases, and other facility records.Prepare and print outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels.Organize and file plant documentation and truck-to-truck paperwork.Maintain trailer inventory records and update shared Outlook files.Scan storage areas and ensure inventory information remains accurate.Create TPO shipping documents for rejected materials.Monitor and maintain supplies within the assigned area.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work collaboratively with facility employees to support daily operational needs.Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.QualificationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Zero to three years of related administrative, receiving, shipping, or facility support experience preferred.Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.Strong data-entry, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain attention to detail.Ability to communicate by telephone and through web-conferencing platforms.Ability to sit for approximately seven hours and walk or stand for approximately one hour during a typical shift.Ability to perform primarily sedentary work, including occasional walking, standing, and reaching.Ability to lift or carry up to 10 pounds occasionally.Ability to travel less than 10%.Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.Clean Harbors is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.
