Warehouse Associate

Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all functions pertaining to shipping and receiving. Other responsibilities will include delivering, verifying, and documenting the quality and quantity of all incoming/outgoing products. The person will also be a backup driver when needed.

Responsibilities

Enters orders into D365 as well as set up shipping.

Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.

Prepares materials for third party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).

Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.

Verifies quality and quantity of all incoming materials.

Ensures correct inventory by verifying material counts for accuracy.

Operates forklift to move raw materials and products.

Follows all safety policies and protocols while performing job duties.

Miscellaneous duties, as required.

Requirements

One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment, preferred.

One year of verifiable driving experience within the last 5 years operating a box or straight truck.

A minimum of 6 months experience operating a forklift, a plus.

Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.

Driving Duties. As a condition of continued employment, employees working in a position requiring driving as an essential function of the job, are required to maintain a valid license, and an acceptable driving record as per our insurance provider’s requirements.
