Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of full stack development experience

Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL

Experience building AI-powered tools, automation systems, or integrations

Ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges

Experience with system debugging and performance optimization

Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Desired Skills & Experience Experience working with AI agents, LLMs, or chatbot systems

Background in customer support systems, SRE, or observability tooling

Exposure to modern AI coding assistants or developer productivity tools

Strong product sense and attention to user experience

Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
