Company Description Contrax is a modern freight brokerage founded in 2023, built on reliably moving loads on time, accurately billed, and professionally managed without requiring constant follow-up from customers. The company handles a wide range of freight, including truckload (dry van, reefer, flatbed), LTL and box truck, drayage, inland port moves, dedicated lanes, and contract capacity. Contrax serves food and beverage, cold chain and produce, packaging, building products, and industrial manufacturing shippers from regional operations to national supply chains. Operations emphasize rigorous in-house carrier vetting, responsive after-hours support, and use of AI to automate repetitive work so team members can focus on customer freight. Contrax values people who think and act like founders and seeks team members who are direct, accountable, and committed to building long-term partnerships.

The role involves collaborating closely with operations, carrier sales, and the after-hours team to resolve issues, monitor shipments, and proactively communicate status updates to customers.
