Experience

5+ years of professional experience building front end applications with React.

Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

Solid experience with React 18+ and React Hooks.

Experience with modern routing (React Router or Next.js).

State management: React Query, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand.

Frontend Engineering Form handling with React Hook Form and schema validation (Zod/Yup).

Strong layout & styling skills (Flexbox, Grid) using Tailwind, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.

Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA).

Performance tuning: memorization, lazy loading, code splitting.
