Competitive Compensation – 1st year annual compensation of $53,000–$55,000 with an average 45‑hour work week.

Responsibilities

Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.

Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.

Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Must have 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry), or leadership within the military, athletics/team activities or academic organizations.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years).

No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
