Senior Software Engineer A well-known multimedia company, based in Boston, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale world-class digital platforms that serve millions of users. Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of professional software development experience in a product-focused environment

Expert-level proficiency with Node.js, and React

Strong experience designing and building scalable, high-traffic web applications

Extensive experience with AWS cloud services

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment

Strong background in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Deep understanding of RESTful API design and development

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

Proven ability to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

Strong testing discipline, including unit, integration, and automated testing

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience supporting CMS platforms and content management integrations

Exposure to subscription billing systems and payment platform integrations

Knowledge of marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystems and customer engagement platforms

Experience with observability, monitoring, and logging tools

Daily Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of complex, high-traffic features from concept through production deployment

Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code across the full technology stack

Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure engineering excellence and knowledge sharing

Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and system reliability issues

Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to design scalable technical solutions

Build and maintain integrations across CMS platforms, subscription systems, and MarTech tools

Champion modern engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, and observability
