Salary: $104,000 - 135,200 per year

Requirements:

We are looking for a ServiceNow IRM Consultant with 6 to 10 years of experience.

We need strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and practical delivery of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.

You should have a solid grasp of risk lifecycle management, inherent and residual risk scoring models, controls management, and organizational entities.

You should be proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow development.

You should have experience configuring and extending IRM applications.

You should be able to implement custom risk scoring logic and develop control testing workflows.

Hands-on experience with Risk, Compliance, and Audit Workspaces, as well as UI Builder, is required.

You should understand REST/SOAP integrations, data imports, custom dashboards, analytics, and reporting.

You should follow upgrade-safe, scalable, modular, and well-documented development practices aligned with ServiceNow standards.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are needed.

Experience working in Agile teams with BAs, QAs, administrators, and business stakeholders is expected.

Responsibilities:
