Job Description

UEFI / Firmware Engineer (Mid?Level | 4–5 Yrs)Location: Redmond, WAWe are seeking a hands?on UEFI / Embedded Firmware Engineer to support firmware development, platform bring?up, and system stabilization for modern computing platforms. The role involves close collaboration with hardware, validation, and cross?functional teams to deliver production?ready firmware.Key Responsibilities:Develop, integrate, and maintain UEFI, MCU, and embedded firmware (C/C++)Support new platform bring?up and early hardware enablementDebug system?level firmware, performance, and stability issuesCollaborate with hardware, validation, and silicon partner teamsDeliver high?quality firmware fixes aligned with release schedulesRequired Skills:4–5 years of hands?on UEFI / low?level firmware developmentStrong C/C++ programming and debugging skillsExperience with MCU firmware, BSP integration, and OS/driver interactionsAbility to debug complex HW–FW–SW integration issuesFamiliarity with source control, build systems, and CI workflowsPreferred:Platform bring?up experience (consumer or commercial devices)Exposure to firmware validation or test automationComfortable working in onsite or hybrid environments
