Job Details: Job Location: DC Office - Washington, DC 20005, Salary Range: $90.00 - $90.00 Hourly, OpportunityASAE is seeking an experienced contractor to support two interconnected initiatives:Modernization of ReadyMe, ASAE's flagship leadership development programDevelopment of CAE-aligned microcredentials that support professional growth and credential attainment within the association professionThe ideal candidate combines strong project management, instructional design, and eLearning development capabilities with experience supporting professional development, credentialing, certification, or microcredential programs.Engagement DetailsDuration: 6 months, with the opportunity to extendHours: 10-20 hours per weekLocation: Remote within the DMV area. Occasional in-office attendance may be needed for meetings.ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationSupport day-to-day project management activities across ReadyMe and microcredential initiativesMaintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status reportsCoordinate meetings, review cycles, and communications with stakeholders and subject matter expertsHelp ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with established requirementsInstructional DesignReview and update existing learning content and experiencesDevelop learning objectives, assessments, activities, and learner engagement strategiesCollaborate with subject matter experts to translate expertise into effective learning experiencesApply adult-learning and instructional-design best practicesAssist in establishing consistent design standards and templates across learning productseLearning DevelopmentDevelop and modify online learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and related toolsEnsure accessibility, quality assurance, and LMS compatibility requirements are metConduct testing and implement revisions based on stakeholder feedbackDesired QualificationsICE-CCP CertificationExperience managing learning-development projects involving multiple stakeholders and SMEsStrong instructional design experience focused on adult learnersAdvanced proficiency with Articulate StorylineExperience developing online courses, microcredentials, certificates, badges, certifications, or other professional-development programsExperience working with associations, credentialing organizations, professional societies, or nonprofit organizationsFamiliarity with accessibility standards and eLearning quality assurance practicesStrong organizational, communication, and facilitation skillsPreferred QualificationsCAE CertificationExperience supporting the development of microcredentials or certification-related learning productsKnowledge of competency-based learning and credentialing modelsExperience modernizing existing online learning programsFamiliarity with the association profession and the Certified Association Executive (CAE) frameworkWhat Success Looks LikeReadyMe learning modules are successfully modernized and enhancedDevelopment activities for initial microcredentials are coordinated and executed effectivelySMEs and stakeholders are engaged efficiently throughout the processLearning products meet quality, accessibility, and learner-experience standardsASAE staff have a reliable partner who can help move projects from concept through implementationJ-18808-Ljbffr
