Our Sales Associates are the first point of contact for new members and play a key role in helping our community discover the benefits of improved mobility, flexibility, and wellness.

Responsibilities Engage prospective members through studio tours, phone calls, and outreach to explain StretchLab services and membership options

Drive sales by converting leads into members and hitting monthly sales goals

Manage the front desk, including greeting members, scheduling sessions, and maintaining an organized and professional studio environment

Support promotional events and community marketing initiatives to generate new leads

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming environment

Collaborate with the studio team to meet performance goals and deliver an exceptional client experience

Qualifications Sales experience preferred, ideally in fitness, wellness, or hospitality

Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-focused approach

Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with sales calls, handling objections, and closing memberships

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life
