Client Relations Associate

About the Role

Donato Technologies is looking for a professional and outgoing Client Relations Associate to help maintain and develop relationships with our existing clients and business contacts.

Responsibilities

Visit clients, procurement offices, government agencies, hiring managers, and business contacts.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Introduce Donato Technologies and our IT staffing services.

Follow up with clients regarding current and future staffing needs.

Identify potential business opportunities and share them with management.

Maintain records of meetings, contacts, and follow-ups.

Assist with client outreach, LinkedIn, and basic business development activities.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional and confident when meeting clients.

Good networking and follow-up skills.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and LinkedIn.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Willingness to travel locally in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Previous experience in client relations, business development, sales, staffing, recruiting, or account management is a plus (Not Mandatory).

Compensation & Travel

Part-time position, 2-3 days per week.

Office work is based in Farmers Branch, TX.

Local client visits are required.

Candidate must have reliable personal transportation.
