RESPONSIBILITIES : Maintaining the roadways throughout the facility clean of debris
Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
Observe necessary safety precautions
Cross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed
Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager
Responsible for mowing grass on property as well as using a weed eater
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to lift and stack objects 15 to 20 lbs.
Work involves long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching; may also include climbing ladders and staircases
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions - heat, cold, rain
