Assembler IIPrideStaff is currently seeking an Assembler II for a manufacturing company located in Pomona, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with opportunity to grow. Please see job requirements below to be considered.Salary: $22-$25Shift: M-F 6:00am to 2:30pm (some Saturdays may be required)Position SummaryUnder the close supervision of the Assembly Leads, the Assembler II assembles parts and machines using physical strength and a variety of hand and power tools.Essential Job DutiesAssemble machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power toolsFollow mechanical blueprint instructions to assemble machines and verify detailingAdvise the Lead or Supervisor of all problemsAssembles machines with minimal guidanceScan jobs into the Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systemsFollow all safety procedures in handling equipment and machinesDistinguish between parts and the detailingMust meet deadlinesRequirements:Must be willing to submit to a clinic drug test and physical prior to startHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredThree years Assembler I experience in a manufacturing environmentMechanical ability and knowledge of toolsWelding experience in Tig, and Mig a plusRequires minimum guidance to assemble machinesMust be willing to submit to a criminal background check prior to startCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $25.00 Per HourAll compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
