Position Summary

CT OEC is seeking Senior Developers to support Power Apps, customer-facing web applications, and enhancements/bug fixes to existing .NET applications . The role combines requirements analysis, software development, data migration validation, and testing within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business/system requirements and create user stories and acceptance criteria.

Develop and maintain ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and Azure App Service applications.

Work with Azure SQL , database schemas, stored procedures, and performance optimization.

Support Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD , code reviews, and deployments.

Develop reusable SQL/data validation scripts for migration testing.

Validate record counts, transformations, referential integrity, and business rules.

Create legacy-to-modern data and interface mapping documentation.

Support system, integration, and UAT testing; track defects in Azure DevOps.

Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and data teams.
