Infrastructure systems as defined by the People Leader include but are not limited to: Windows Server, VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Network, Database, Storage, Cloud, Email, and Mobile technologies. This is achieved by developing and seeing to the implementation of the methods to be utilized for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all Infrastructure systems. Responsible for applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.Knowledge ordinarily obtained through a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field plus a minimum of 6 to 8 years of work; or 10 to 12 years of progressive information system experience with 8 – 10 years in an Infrastructure or System engineer or equivalent role.Top 3 Technical Skills:Expert level experience/knowledge with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly as it pertains to the following technologies and services:InTune and endpoint managementExchange Online and mail deliveryExpert-level knowledge and experience with PowerShell scriptingExpert-level knowledge and experience with Active Directory & Azure AD
