Job Description

Apollo is seeking a motivated and analytical Business & Data Analyst to support strategic initiatives across our operations, product development, and data center consulting practices.

This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and translating insights into business action.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data from multiple sources.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.

Monitor KPIs across operational and business functions.

Support process improvement initiatives and operational reporting.

Assist with product development research, testing, and stakeholder requirements.

Maintain data quality and support analytics initiatives.

Collaborate across engineering, operations, sales, finance, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel).

Preferred Skills

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Prerequisites for Employment

Successful background check, including pre-employment drug screening

US citizens, Permanent Residents, or those authorized to work in the United States
