Partner with sales professionals to maximize deal profitability

Assist with negotiations and closing opportunities

Monitor and manage daily sales performance

Train, coach, and develop sales team members

Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Maintain accurate reporting and deal documentation

Support inventory movement and sales objectives

Collaborate with Finance and General Sales Management

Sales Desk Manager Qualifications Previous automotive sales management or desk management experience

Superior deal structuring and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of dealership operations and profitability

Proven leadership and coaching abilities

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
