This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Perform on-site installation of network hardware, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and cabling systemsPerform on-site installation of servers, computers, and various peripheralsWire Management, and site visitsConduct comprehensive network assessments and diagnostic evaluationsTroubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issuesInstall and configure network equipment according to client specifications and industry standardsMaintain detailed documentation of network installations, repairs, and maintenance activitiesPerform regular network performance testing and optimizationRespond to emergency service calls and provide timely technical supportCollaborate with internal engineering teams to develop and implement network solutionsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during field operationsProvide technical guidance and support to clients during and after installation processes
