Job Summary This position provides day-to-day compensation support and analysis for staff and manager level positions across the health system. Consults with management on issues and questions relating to compensation and serves as a partner with Talent Acquisition in assessing job offers. Provides market analysis, maintains salary structures, and provides job evaluations. Conducts significant data and cost analyst work to assess current state and make recommendations about future state compensation needs. Other duties as required.
