JD:-

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a large-scale enterprise environment. The individual will drive alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple Agile teams while ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Retrospectives.

Coordinate planning and execution across multiple Agile teams.

Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and impediments.

Drive Program Increment (PI) objectives, release planning, and roadmap execution.

Partner with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and business stakeholders.

Monitor ART metrics, team velocity, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe and Agile best practices.

Support release management activities and enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Deep understanding of SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.

Experience facilitating PI Planning and managing Agile Release Trains.

Expertise in coordinating multiple Agile teams and managing large-scale programs.

Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience managing program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments.

SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification.

Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or enterprise digital transformation programs. xsgimln
