Warehouse SupervisorQualification1–3 years experience in warehouse, production, or electronics recycling / refurbishment operationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferredFamiliar with consumer electronics (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and basic understanding of server/network equipmentBasic ERP / WMS data entry and inventory tracking experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic reporting, data entry)Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety proceduresBilingual in English and Spanish preferredForklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively and work in warehouse environmentResponsibleSupervise daily activities of Shipping & Receiving and/or Teardown production teamsEnsure proper execution of inbound receiving, inspection, sorting, and system entryOversee outbound shipping accuracy, packaging standards, and documentationLead teardown operations including dismantling, material separation, and parts harvestingTrain employees on SOPs, safety (PPE), and quality standardsMonitor team productivity and ensure targets are metVerify discrepancies (quantity, model, asset tags) and escalate issues as neededMaintain organized workstations and enforce 5S standardsPerform hands-on support when needed to meet operational demandEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and data handling proceduresDeliverableMeet daily production and shipping targets set by Operations ManagerMaintain high accuracy in receiving, inventory entry, and shipping (? 99%)Ensure team adherence to SOP and safety requirements (zero safety violations)Deliver timely and accurate basic reports (daily output, discrepancy logs)Reduce errors in teardown and sorting processesMaintain clean and organized work areas (5S compliance)Achieve team productivity benchmarks (units per hour / per shift)Support onboarding and training completion for new hires
