Safety-Kleen is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! Our Administrative Assistants are responsible for providing administrative support in an office and facility environment requiring a thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks related to daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination across departments
• Process and manage vendor purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely tracking
• Provide support for unbilled invoicing processes by ensuring billing work orders are completed accurately and promptly for customers
• Oversee the receiving of direct-shipped waste to third-party facilities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
• Generate and maintain necessary paperwork, including manifests and bills of lading (BOL), for shipping and waste management
• Complete other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Strong typing skills
• Strong PC skills
• Working knowledge of office machines (calculators, copiers, fax machines, etc.)
