• Ability to document warehouse inventory in excel or an equivalent online database

Day-to-Day: Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Follow OSHA and company safety requirements at all times Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a leading telecommunications infrastructure client. This candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and operating equipment such as forklifts to move and maneuver fiber optic cables and coils. This is a 80% outdoor position. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors throughout all seasons in Ohio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrives in a structured environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth for candidates who demonstrate reliability, productivity, and a strong work ethic.

Compensation: $23/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
