Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.What’s In It For You From on-site to hybrid, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security, Learn more about Lockheed Martin’s comprehensive benefits package here. AeroSCMBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or universityExperience in supply chain management, procurement principles, subcontract managementAdvanced in Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerpointDesired SkillsExperience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) with a demonstrated understanding of Government Procurement processes and regulationsExperience supporting production, sustainment and sustainment development procurementExperience working with an ERP system (SAP)Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer service, support and satisfaction.Experience working both independently and within a team environmentDemonstrated ability to perform with a high level of excellence while under pressure and in a fast-paced team environmentExperience working with and effectively communicating (verbal/written) with senior leaders to include program, company and subcontractors.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
