Production / Technical Support Location: Charlotte, NC Employment Type: Contract Pay Range: $26.46 - $37.80 per hour Description Responsible for daily operations of the technology platform. Manage problem/incident, release/deployment, and operational readiness. Monitor applications and provide service analytics and reporting. Identify production failure scenarios and communicate with development teams. Enhance administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures. Resolve complex issues and consult with end users for optimal configuration. Participate in the development of technology products and service standards. Key Responsibilities Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. Perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution. Provide leadership and strategic direction on technology issues. Serve as an escalation point for unresolved problems and service requests. Provide technology products and service alternatives to improve the environment. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in developing or supporting distributed/web applications. 3 to 5 years of experience with Java and web technologies. Knowledge of Linux/Unix OS. Experience with databases and query languages.
