Job Description

Warehouse Associate 
Pay: $21
Location: Auburn, WA 
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00 pm
Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for processing shipping and receiving documentation, managing inventory accuracy, handling freight, and operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and committed to providing excellent support to both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain all shipping and receiving documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, store, package, label, and ship freight according to company procedures and customer requirements.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through proper handling, tracking, and verification of materials and products.
  • Assist in the development and growth of assigned customer accounts by collaborating with sales and management teams.
  • Prepare shipments, inspect incoming deliveries, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hydraulic jacks, and other material handling equipment, safely and effectively.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Support additional warehouse and logistics functions as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience handling shipping documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
