Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth operations.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Review project plans and blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications.

Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.

Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams effectively.

Strong problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges.

Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000.
