Job Description

Navico Group, a division of Brunswick, offers an Industrial Engineering Intern role in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will support continuous improvement projects, assist with data collection, and help implement lean manufacturing and smart automation in a dynamic production environment.

You will work with engineering teams on pilot projects, create standard work, and help refine work instructions for the production floor while developing practical cross-functional collaboration skills.
