Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and analyzing complex software solutions. Your role will involve reviewing system architecture and making critical decisions on the selection and integration of development and support tools to ensure optimal product performance. You will also engage in system modeling, simulation, and analysis to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they impact the end user.This position is hybrid, requiring your presence onsite three days each week to collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders. You will mentor junior developers, and use your judgement and expertise to make technical decisions for the team. You will often be client-facing and speak on behalf of the team to the client on technical matters.To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with DevOps practices and be proficient in the AWS Suite, Java, Groovy, DynamoDB, and Lambda. Familiarity with system performance tuning, cloud-native architectures, and automation tools will further enhance your ability to lead technical initiatives and drive innovation within the team.Here's what you'll need:Master's degree in a tech field plus 10 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree in a tech field plus 13 years of relevant experience; or 18 years of relevant experience without a degree.8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development or a related field.Experience in at least one of the following areas:DevOpsAWS Suite and AWS LambdaSoftware engineeringAgile leadershipGroovy, and/or DynamoDBNode.js, Typescript, Go, Python, and/or ReactLeading software developers, but have hands-on keyboard experience as wellExperienced with client-interaction, presenting information, and understanding the requirementsBonus points if you have:Master's degree.Exposure to video application development.CrafterCMS is highly desirable, as it will allow you to contribute more effectively to projects involving multimedia or content management.Experience with video applications.Security clearance:Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:$130,200 - $265,300 USD
