Sales/Service Coordinator

Sales Support RepresentativeWaters Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Representative to play a critical role in supporting our customers and sales organization. The individual will collaborate with external customers, Field Sales, and internal technical and sales teams to provide product guidance, develop system configurations and pricing solutions, and ensure accurate processing of quotations, orders, and returns.ResponsibilitiesSupport quote requests with sales reps with pricing and/or configuration alternatives to best suit customer financial needs and application requirementsCoordinate and manage incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillmentServe as a liaison between customers and sales to resolve inquiries and/or issuesProvide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customersCollaborate with finance, logistics, and other internal groups to ensure seamless execution of customer ordersQualificationsMinimum of an Associate degree desired; equivalent experience with a high school diploma will also be considered.3 to 5 years of experience supporting a field sales organization, preferably within the medical device, biotechnology, life sciences, or high-technology industries.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Positive, customer-focused attitude with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.Ability to review, interpret, and understand customer purchase orders, including terms and conditions.Company DescriptionWaters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
