TNT is looking to add an experienced full-time HR Administrate Assistant to our growing Branch. The following are a list of requirements; You must meet all the requirements below to be considered for this position.Summary: We are looking for an HR Admin. to handle a variety of HR personnel related administrative duties. You will provide information and clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources activities, drug screens, onboarding processes and procedures, and other duties as assigned.Daily job duties and responsibilities the HR assistants include:• Answering employee questions about policy, procedures, benefits, etc.• Processing incoming/outgoing mail• Providing superior customer service to organization employees• Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data• Reserving and Setting up meetings in training rooms• Ordering monthly supplies for DOT/HR department• Processing badge requests for dispatch for upcoming jobsRecruitment/New Hire Process• Screening prospective candidates• Collecting employment documentation• Running background and drug screens• Preparing and maintain employee files• Administering employment assessments• Conducting new hire orientationRecord Maintenance• Maintaining and updating HR files and databases• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained• Assisting employees with self service• Processing termination paperwork and setting up exist interviewsQualification:• Certification in Human Resources, Management or similar.• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an HR role.• Preferred experience with Fleet Cost & Care (FCC) , Paycom, and DISASkills Required:• Must be a self-starter• Attention to detail• Must be organized and ability to multi-task• Must be able to work independently and under minimum supervision• Experience with Microsoft applications
