Insight Global is seeking a motivated and and ambitious Executive Assistant to support an executive of in Miami, FL. You will be responsible for managing travel, calendars, and coordination with other EA's and executives. This will be a hybrid position, requiring some domestic and international travel with the executive.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years experience with Executive (C-Suite) Support

- Travel Management using programs like Concur and Ramp

- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for weeks at a time

- Strong Microsoft Office Experience: Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience speaking with executives and running meetings
