This role blends deep expertise in modern data platforms with the ability to shape and sell AI-driven transformation initiatives. You will lead with data and analytics (Microsoft Fabric) and expand conversations into AI strategy, Launchpad workshops, and AI Factory delivery, helping clients move from ideas to scalable execution.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales teams to shape and advance data and AI opportunitiesLead discovery sessions to identify business challenges, data needs, and AI use casesDesign and present end-to-end solutions using Microsoft FabricTranslate technical concepts into clear business value and ROI narrativesSupport proposals, RFPs, and solution scopingDesign modern data platforms using:Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Power BI, Data Factory)Scalable, secure, and governed architecturesGuide clients through data modernization and migration strategiesDefine best practices across data modeling, pipelines, and analyticsIdentify and shape AI use cases tied to business outcomesPosition and help sell:AI Launchpad workshopsAI Factory delivery modelConnect data platform capabilities to AI enablementLead client discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and solution presentationsBuild relationships with business and technology stakeholdersCommunicate the "Art of the Possible" across data and AIFacilitate or support AI Launchpad workshopsContribute to AI strategy and roadmap developmentHelp evolve AI Factory offerings and go-to-market assetsSupport early-stage delivery and mentor team membersContribute to thought leadership (events, webinars, content)RequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or data platform solutionsExperience in a client-facing, pre-sales, or consulting roleHands-on experience with at least one of the following:Microsoft Fabric, ORAzure Synapse / Azure Data Factory / Power BI / DatabricksStrong understanding of:Data warehousing and dimensional modelingETL/ELT and modern data architectures (lakehouse concepts)Ability to translate technical solutions into business valueExperience leading client discussions, demos, or solution presentationsPreferred QualificationsDirect experience with Microsoft Fabric end-to-end workloadsExperience selling or delivering AI-related solutions or initiativesFamiliarity with:Generative AI (Copilots, LLMs, embeddings)Predictive analytics or machine learningExperience with AI workshops, ideation sessions, or roadmap developmentMicrosoft certifications (Fabric, Azure Data, AI Engineer)Industry experience (e.g., Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services)Armanino provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $133,300 - $181,700. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $146,700 - $199,800. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $153,300 - $208,900. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
