Here at Focus Cloud, we are partnering with a leading organisation who are seeking an experienced Payroll Processing Specialist to support their payroll operations team on a long-term engagement. This is a hands-on role focused on high-volume US payroll processing, working closely with internal HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution. Workday Payroll experience is essential.Key Responsibilities:Process end-to-end US payroll activities accurately and on scheduleValidate payroll data, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustmentsResolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll queriesCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integritySupport payroll audits, reporting, and compliance activitiesMaintain payroll records and ensure adherence to company policiesKey Requirements:Strong payroll processing experience within a US payroll environmentHands-on Workday Payroll experience (essential)Proven ability to manage high-volume payrolls with accuracyStrong understanding of payroll legislation, taxes, and compliance requirementsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment10+ years of payroll experience preferred, with senior-level payroll expertise highly regardedDetails:Immediate startFull-time (40 hours per week)Initial 6-month engagement with potential extensionRemote opportunity aligned to Eastern TimeClient based in Miami, FLIf you're a seasoned payroll professional with Workday Payroll processing experience and are available to start immediately, apply today to hear more!
