To perform general and semi-skilled maintenance and mechanical activities in the facilities common elements; ensure systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and common areas are clean, disinfected and maintained in an aesthetically appealing condition; and to perform a variety of related tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING Experience Two (2) years of building maintenance experience is preferred.
Experience working in a high-rise residential or large hotel services environment is preferred.
Training High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Additional specialized training in the building trades or a related field is preferred.
Required License or Certificates Possession of, or ability to obtain, Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certificate.
QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of:
Basic principles and procedures of semi-skilled building maintenance.
Basic principles of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, minor electrical and general cleaning work.
Operation and principles of life safety systems and equipment.
Operational characteristics of tools and equipment used in maintenance activities.
Equipment, tools and supplies used in the area of work assigned.
Occupational hazards and standard safety practices.

Compensation: $23.00 to$25.00/ Year
