IT Network Administrator

Job Description

Title: IT Network Administrator

Location: Dallas

Requirements: Part-time/Retainer

Requirement

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Network, Desktop Administrator.

Help Setup, configure and maintain various IT systems.

Set up physical and virtual desktops & servers as needed.

Monitor, upgrade and troubleshoot storage systems as required

Monitor and respond to security or server issues that occur at the user workstation or office level .

Troubleshooting and resolution of user technical issues.

Help test and deploy new applications and services.

Solid knowledge and hands on experience in of LAN/WAN protocols and troubleshooting skills related to network connectivity of devices.

Configure, monitor and troubleshoot network and server security systems (anti-virus, malware, spyware, web-filter and spam filter hardware and applications)

Perform troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and remedy common IT problems

Contribute to continuous system and service improvement through regular reviews

Support backup infrastructure to ensure data-protection goals are met

Provides emergency on-call support on need basis.
