Job Summary

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. The program immerses you in the business through hands‑on rotations in various departments and prepares you for future leadership roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through departments to gain a leadership viewpoint of the business.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in professional development, including access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
  • Meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs: active driver’s license, at least 21 years of age, DOT medical certification, and documentation of prior employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role.
  • Background in business or a related academic major.
  • Leadership or management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
