Job Description

I'm partnering with a well-established, employee-owned General Contractor to add an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to their Central Ohio team.

This is an opportunity to join a full-service construction firm with 80+ years of industry experience, a strong reputation for repeat business, and an established portfolio across market-rate apartments, mixed-use developments, affordable housing, and senior living.

What You'll Do

Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily projects

Manage and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel

Drive the project schedule, phasing, logistics, and short-term planning

Maintain jobsite safety and quality-control standards

Coordinate inspections, permits, and code compliance

Lead Foreman meetings and participate in Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings

Proactively identify and resolve field issues

Maintain daily reports, as-builts, and project documentation

Partner closely with the Project Manager on cost, schedule, and project execution

Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers

What They're Looking For

Experience leading ground-up apartment, mixed-use, senior living, or similar residential projects

Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills

Ability to manage projects safely, efficiently, and to a high quality standard

OSHA Construction Certification

CPR/First Aid certification
