The customer and project also provide a good platform for the associate to grow by having an open approach to various ideas and proposals the associate might come up with to fulfill the customer's business and technical needs. Must haveRoles & ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute several projects for the customer from onsite · Discuss with business users and document the requirements and convey them to offshore · Assign the tasks to the offshore team · Review the work output from the offshore · Support the user testing and implement the user tested modules/projects in production · Status reporting · Interaction with other stake holders to get the work done including BNSF Technology Services and/or other BNSF vendors
