Our team is currently hiring for labor grade 15.Position Responsibilities:Mechanical assembly of PCB assemblies into product chassisAssemble Electro?Mechanical assemblies by interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications, and written assembly, and standard operating proceduresDemonstrated exceptional attention to detailUse precision calibrated tools – torque wrenches, micrometers and calipersPerform visual inspection of Electro?Mechanical assemblies to drawings, engineering specifications, and written assembly and test proceduresEnsure product quality and conformance to specificationsDocument non?conformances and associated rework/repairSoldering and reworking of through?hole and SMT componentsSupport conformal coat, masking, epoxy application and coatingOther duties as assignedThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Shift:This position is primarily 2nd shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives. Candidates must be able to work any shift assigned.Union:This is an hourly union-represented position governed by the Cabinet Makers, Millmen and Industrial Carpenters Union (CMM&IC Local 721).New hires and employees transferring from non-union roles may be required to attend or complete training within their 90-day probationary period.
